Honest Quality Work I purchased my 2017 Honda CRV from Hansel Honda, in Petaluma. I realized quickly, that they were not the proper place to trust when it came to getting I purchased my 2017 Honda CRV from Hansel Honda, in Petaluma. I realized quickly, that they were not the proper place to trust when it came to getting a great deal or respected service based on conversations with the folks there. I was looking to have a roof rack w/ rails installed... So I did some price comparison shopping and Manly Honda, Santa Rosa was on my list. I wanted to find a place that I trust to do a quality job and to have better than reasonable prices.. Ever since I decided to have the roof rack w/ rails and my vehicles first oil change at Manly... Manly has been my go to spot. Recently, my CRV battery died...(its only 15months old at this point) It just would not hold any juice. I called the dealer from whom I purchased the car and asked if this is something that is covered under the extended warranty that I purchased. I was told that the battery is ONLY covered if there is a manufactures defect. Then they can swap it out at no charge. End of conversation. I called my go to guy at Manly... Jose Rocha Jr.... He told me t bring the car in and Manly will perform a test on the battery. If it fails, its covered under the 3yr, 36k mile warranty... (why didn't the other dealer tell me that?!) So I brought my car in after jumping it again... Parked it in the service lane and poof... Battery went dead again.. Within two hours, my car was ready and off I went. Long story short... I am thankful for the folks at Manly who do a thorough job and put the customer needs first. Thank you for being a quality spot that is reliable as a warm blanket on a cold winter night! More
Mostly good My experience has been positive most times. Last time they were very busy and I was there all day. They have changed the shuttle service to Uber. When I was ready to come back I was not able to get a response from the dealership and ended up getting my own Uber to come back. They did reduce my bill, which went a long way toward calming me down. Could use some improvement in communication with customers, but generally a good experience. More
