However,(and this is the second time this has happened) when I called to make an appointment the recording tol Once there, the service was very good. However,(and this is the second time this has happened) when I called to make an appointment the recording told me to leave my info and I'd be called back. After a week I called again. The excuse given was, "There are only two of us here". My suggestion: either change the recording to say call back, we will not return your call -or- Do something about the attitude of your staff. And yes, I know I can make the appointment online. More

Last time, however, I had a problem with the TPMS sensors that wasn’t detected and resulted in two service appointments rather than one. The staff was gracious and did everything possible to make the second appointment effective and easy for me. That said, I’m used to them getting things right the first time. In 8 years, this was the only time that I’ve had less than amazing service. More
