I thought Toyota was great and it saddens me when my next vehicle purchase was the Honda I thought I would miss the Toyota dealership. These guys and gals are happy to welcome back! There waiting area is clean quiet it even has a place for kids serves good coffee and chocolate chip cookies. If they tell you it’s going to take an hour and a half it takes an hour and a half ....they are fast efficient, but most of all they all have smiles on their faces!!!! It’s obvious it’s a happy environment for them to work and I love supporting happy environments I hope you do too . More

Very happy with Jose. Unhappy that the recall I was so pleased that Jose got right on it to check out whether or not the recall had been fixed the last visit as promised. The facility is comfortable and well equipped for visitors to wait, and the service there is just great. Super polite, helpful, knowledgeable and totally non-pushy. Bill was kind enough to walk me out to my car to figure out a Bluetooth problem, taking time to do that until things were sorted. He really was super helpful and kind. More
