Wasted 2 hours of my day Set an appointment for 12:15 and checked in at 12:10 didn’t even get seen for until 12:50 after going up to the desk and telling them I’ve been waitin Set an appointment for 12:15 and checked in at 12:10 didn’t even get seen for until 12:50 after going up to the desk and telling them I’ve been waiting for a while. I get to tan to someone and he tells me that it will cost me $175 just to look at my car even though I have a warranty that I paid an extra $3000 for and said my A/c wasn’t covered. He wouldn’t even look at my car and quoted me that it would cost about $1700 to fix. After 35 more minutes of waiting to talk to someone about my warranty the sit us down with a kid that basically tells us that we need to pay at least $100 for them to look at it, and while we were sitting he tried to sell us a car. Basically after them telling us there isn’t anything they can do for us, we finally left before them even looking at our car. Went to a local auto shop and they looked at it for free and we ended getting it fixed from them for over half the price Extremely disappointed. More

I had an amazing customer service experience I was assisted with my free Honda airbag recall replacement by a customer service agent named Bill Robertson and he was very personable, helpful, and I was assisted with my free Honda airbag recall replacement by a customer service agent named Bill Robertson and he was very personable, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the wait time for my car's operation and was comfortable during the 2 hour wait. Will will miss this dealership!! Had my Honda checked in preparation for a 3,000 mile move across the U.S. Bill Petty was awesome as always, making sure we had thought of everything Had my Honda checked in preparation for a 3,000 mile move across the U.S. Bill Petty was awesome as always, making sure we had thought of everything and helping set up my phone and GPS systems. Always great to run into Cory as well, so helpful when I bought my Civic, and still is. I will be living on the opposite coast, so will have to give up the Manly Honda dealership. The building is beautiful, with tons of room for people to hang out comfortably, enjoy warm cookies, and not have a television blaring in the background (thanks to close captioning). A nice wine bar would be a pleasant addition. I might have to drive my car back to Manly for major service appointments. J More
