Really nice, great sense of humor & genuine; I get a strong feeling that he truly enjoys his work. I'll be asking for Scott in the future! I also want to say how impressed I am with Manly Honda overall; had a very positive experience & great price when I bought my car here last summer. The service dept is welcoming, very efficient & smooth running. AND, I saved $30 on my oil change compared to what another dealer quoted. (My Civic uses synthetic oil).
