Wonderful Experience as Always I am a senior, and when the engine light comes on I feel anxious until a pro looks at it. At least tell us how long we need to wait. Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 min Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 minutes to be called. Then we were told to come back for completion 2&1/2 to 3 hours later. When we returned 3 hours later we waited another half hour for the tire replacement to be completed. So 2 hours turned into 4 hours plus. At least our service advisor discounted a small part of the work. Also we hate the "check in and then sit down" format. More
