Customer Service I received excellent customer service from Santiago Pizano. When I checked in with him I was given a time when the service on my vehicle would I received excellent customer service from Santiago Pizano. When I checked in with him I was given a time when the service on my vehicle would be completed. Santiago knew that I needed to be home by a certain time and he was concerned when the required time for the service was extended. He offered to arrange transportation for me which I declined as I was able adjust the time that I needed to be home. He kept me informed with the progress of the service and updated me with the estimated time for completion and was concerned about the extra time involved with the service. Once that I was home he contacted me to inquire if I was keep the scheduled appointment for having carpet installed. Manly Honda is fortunate to have him as an employee. More

Aging effects low milage cars too! Recently we went for our twice a year, required maintenance trip with our low 19'000Miles, year 2006 model CR-V to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. As man Recently we went for our twice a year, required maintenance trip with our low 19'000Miles, year 2006 model CR-V to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. As many times before, David Ashby performed the routine paperwork in his expert, efficient and friendly manner. He gave us the estimated details regarding cost, waiting time, just everything as usual.-- However, what had started out as just a routine oil change plus the usual safety checks turned into an unexpected lesson in vehicular 'under utilization'. Thanks to Dave's patience and expert explanations, we found out that our trusty old car had several 'well aged' components not passing the extensive safety tests. A follow-up trip for the 4 recommended replacement items was made easier by a significant discount offer by Manly Honda' s service center for combining all items into one service visit.
