Competent, friendly, easy to deal with, generous in care. I came to Manly Honda when I needed a small SUV for several reasons: Honda had such a stellar reputation for design, reliability and resale value. My I came to Manly Honda when I needed a small SUV for several reasons: Honda had such a stellar reputation for design, reliability and resale value. My son has bought or leased several Hondas from Manly and he is very happy with the vehicles and the service. And, I sorta knew one of the salesmen, who had sold those vehicles to my son. So, there I was. I had researched and knew I wanted the H-CV: a Honda, goodish MPG, big enough for Mom's wheelchair but small enough for her. Dan Thompson was fun and cheerful and very efficient in getting me a good enough deal in very quick time. When a garbage truck backed into my H-RV two weeks after I got it, the customer service reps bent over backwards to get me another one to drive while extensive repairs were made. They also assisted the excellent body shop doing the repairs. Though I had to return the vehicle twice for further repairs, the staff at Manly Honda recognized how difficult all this was for me and were kind and helpful. Now I've had the car back for a few weeks and it's purring along as I explore the amazing bells and whistles and safety features on this vehicle. Thanks, folks, I think you made that upsetting experience as good as it could be. More

A small side issue: I was there for a few hours and needed a desk/table surface to work on the project I brought with me and found that the client lounge only had small side pivoting partial work surfaces which made me twist my back; so I had to stop using it after a while. It would be great if a few tables with chairs were added to the lounge. Also, a sign asking customers to step outside to use their cell phones would be nice as there was a gentleman sitting near me who was on his phone for an hour. More
