Wonderful Experience as Always I am a senior, and when the engine light comes on I feel anxious until a pro looks at it. Long wait....................... Scheduled an oil change for 1:45pm. Was there by 1:30pm and didn't get "checked in" until 2:25. Car was done at 3:54pm. Recall Service We brought in our Honda for a recall item. While that was being done we also had an oil change and general check up on the vehicle. At least tell us how long we need to wait. Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 min Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 minutes to be called. Then we were told to come back for completion 2&1/2 to 3 hours later. When we returned 3 hours later we waited another half hour for the tire replacement to be completed. So 2 hours turned into 4 hours plus. At least our service advisor discounted a small part of the work. Also we hate the "check in and then sit down" format. More
