Wonderful Experience as Always I am a senior, and when the engine light comes on I feel anxious until a pro looks at it. Long wait....................... Scheduled an oil change for 1:45pm. Was there by 1:30pm and didn't get "checked in" until 2:25. Car was done at 3:54pm. Manly Honda DOES NOT wash or vacuum which is a perk at other dealerships when your car gets serviced. I'll be looking into Petaluma next time I need to take my car in for a service. What's the point of making an appointment if the service dept doesn't stick to a schedule? Never a good experience at Manly. More

Recall Service We brought in our Honda for a recall item. While that was being done we also had an oil change and general check up on the vehicle. At least tell us how long we need to wait. Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 min Our service advisor at first estimated replacing our tires would be a 2 hour job. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our appt. time and waited for 40 minutes to be called. Then we were told to come back for completion 2&1/2 to 3 hours later. When we returned 3 hours later we waited another half hour for the tire replacement to be completed. So 2 hours turned into 4 hours plus. At least our service advisor discounted a small part of the work. Also we hate the "check in and then sit down" format. More
