Great ecperience I actually typically avoid car dealers and have never had my car serviced in one for the last 20 years. However my Honda needed some warranty work so I actually typically avoid car dealers and have never had my car serviced in one for the last 20 years. However my Honda needed some warranty work so I had to go to the Honda dealer. The things I don't like about having my car serviced at the dealer based on past experiences is paying double the cost of a private mechanic, having to wait for my car to drop it off and pick it up and having unnecessary and costly repairs suggested once my car is dismantled. My experience with Honda was refreshingly different the things that I liked was a quick drop off easy pick up the car they were open on Saturdays and after 5 the most helpful part was that they checked other parts of the car such as the battery and the brakes and made suggestions that saved me time from coming back and also checked my rear differential fluid and fixed another problem that I didn't even know that I had the cost was comparable but the level of service was better because they truly check the car over and were able to update the computer and other things that I wouldn't be able to do with a private mechanic More
