More importantly he always tells me exactly what my car needs, no more and no less. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions and if there is a small task he can do himself he NEVER hesitates to get right out there so I don't have to wait for a mechanic. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Hondas, and cars in general, and I trust him implicitly to always guide me in the right direction both financially and mechanically.
