Bill Robertson is the "Best" We brought our Honda Accord Ex in for a wheel alignment as we'll be purchasing tires soon. Bill went through the results and showed us that the car, We brought our Honda Accord Ex in for a wheel alignment as we'll be purchasing tires soon. Bill went through the results and showed us that the car, in fact, did need an alignment. We've know Bill for a long time as he was our service rep at the Chrysler Dealership when we had our Grand Cherokee. I was honest with him and told him we'd be purchasing our tires at Costco. He pointed out that we could get our tires for the same price with your current promotion, with free rotations plus brake inspections (which Costco doesn't do). So, we'll be getting our tires from Manly. He also took care of our entry key, which wasn't working well, even after putting in a new battery a couple of weeks before. We purchased our Honda from Manly new, and have had it serviced there regularly ever since. Bill also made arrangements for a loaner to use while the servicing was being done as we are such good customers. You've got a great service rep don't loose him! We love Bill More
