Hello, Brian Manly here. I am sorry for your recent unhappy experience with our Service department. It was a different time for us when the coupon was first offered. Our dealerships service department is so popular that we have found that a bit more time is needed to really do a proper filter change and clean up. That 30 minutes just didn't allow the proper time so it was changed I think almost a year ago. Again I'm sorry for how it was discovered. I do wish you change your mind on giving us another chance. In our beautiful lounge an hour can go by like 30 minutes and another place:) Brian Manly
