The Oil Stop service technician pulled out the cabin filter in front of me & it was filthy beyond belief. There was soot, ash & debris from the Tubbs fire. At Manly, I requested my cabin filter to be replaced & was told that they were doing that to all of the cars in the Santa Rosa area. I had never seen a cabin filter as dirty as the one that was in mine, which tells me that there was no way it had been replaced. Now, I can't help but wonder what other things may have been either forgotten or just not done that I paid for. I am very pleased with my car. I was pleased with the negotiations & price that I ended up with. However, I will not take my vehicle back to the dealer for service nor will I recommend the service department to my friends & family. The problem lies with the mechanic(s) who didn't complete the job. More

Having the owner actually on-site has a lot to do with this; plus, the staff seem genuinely interested in their clients. I particularly want to give a shout-out to service advisor Dave Ashby. He goes the extra mile for his customers and does so with grace and humor. Last year, I was in Virginia and had car trouble. Dave coordinated with the Honda dealer in that area to see that the proper repairs were done and that I was back on the road. He earns a 5-Star rating, in my book, and he is the one I request whenever I need service. More
Feeling good about my trip back to Sacramento Had a check engine light and brought my van in during my stay. Just had a service in Folsom Honda and had my battery replaced and my car serviced, so I was surprised to have any problem. Your service advisor was very kind and checked out my car and it died on him! But the he mechanics couldn’t find a problem! I wasn’t feeling good about my trip home, but because Bill Robinson saw the problem he kept the van overnight so they could check again for a problem. So they found it the next day! It was a defective battery! Honda replaced it and I went on my way with confidence. I want to thank Bill Robertson for his kindness and support as he could have just sent me on my way but instead he helped to find the problem! Thanks again Honda. Make sure you keep your great employees! More

Hybrid battery replacement I had used a small local service place to replace a battery I bought from a local auto part store. After two months I noticed some issues and brought I had used a small local service place to replace a battery I bought from a local auto part store. After two months I noticed some issues and brought it into my local service place. They reprogrammed the hybrid battery thinking that was the issue. Well, once again, the IMA light was on within a month so I decided to take it to Manly Honda. From the start I had nothing but excellent customer service. They treated me as though I had bought the battery from them. I was informed my hybrid battery was defective and had a replacement ordered from the auto part store. The battery arrived damaged and another replacement was ordered. The second replacement arrived even more damaged than the first. My service representative was Bill Robertson. He is an amazing human being. He had a lot of compassion for me and worked with me to find a solution. I was treated ever so fairly and wonderfully by him. He even worked with the auto part store to come up with a solution and I ended up getting a Honda Hybrid battery. None of us trusted the maker of the hybrid battery I had gotten from the auto part store. I cannot say enough good things about Bill and Manly Honda. They are professional, caring, and actually very competitive in their prices. I should have gone to them in the first place. Thank you Bill and Manly Honda!!! More
