This response is to Luke from Manly Honda. How is it possible that you were told by Enterprise Rent a Car that we charged for extra insurance. We received a invoice from them showing charges were for daily rental fee pure and simple for the recall airbag. When I called you and left a message with this information you did not call me back. American Honda ended up paying us back for your mistake, but took lots of our time and theirs to make it right. We followed your rules for fixing defective air bags. Then I had to fight the bill for almost 5 months because you did not request a statement from Enterprise Rent a Car. Why did you not request the invoice or call me back?

I was the disgruntled person who wrote this review. I am very pleased to report that this time when I called for service, the phone was answered immediately by a pleasant young woman who put me through to the service manager named Luke. This gentleman patiently listened to my experience and reassured me that he wanted to make it right. He proceeded to schedule service immediately, and said he would send a loaner car and pick up of our Honda. He scheduled ALL the items needed to be remedied,AND he gave us a break on the pricing. Now that's what I call service! Thank you, Luke and Manly for immediately rectifying a bad experience and making us happy customers. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
