Good, but did not vacuum floor I had a great experience but when I first drove up they asked if I would like my floor vacuumed. I was surprised but said yes. The advisor also mentioned that they would vacuum my floor when they were done. So I was really surprised after my service to see that they did not vacuum at all. It wasn't a big deal since I wasn't anticipating this when coming in but it always makes me wonder if there was something else that they were supposed to do but "forgot". More

Exemplary, Dependable, Supportive I called my Manly service advisor from my car when it wouldn't start. He verified that it was a dead battery by my description of the symptoms and we I called my Manly service advisor from my car when it wouldn't start. He verified that it was a dead battery by my description of the symptoms and we decided I should bring it in to the shop as I still had a 50% warranty on the battery. My auto club came, gave my battery a jump and I drove to Manly Service Center. Within a short time Dave, my service manager found that one of the rear ceiling lights was in the on position and reported that the battery although drained was testing in good condition. He had the battery charged fully and reoriented me to the operation of the ceiling lights. As auto functioning is not one of my areas of expertise, I need a service manager that is patient and supportive and a good teacher/communicator. I have definitely found that at Manly and will continue to bring my 2010 Pilot there for service as I have for 7 years. More

This dealership is a 5-hour round trip for me, so when I was having a problem replacing the battery in my remote key for the first time yesterday, I h This dealership is a 5-hour round trip for me, so when I was having a problem replacing the battery in my remote key for the first time yesterday, I had to rely on getting help over the phone. It was my good luck to end up with Bob Bradbury on the other end of the line. I explained that I had ended up with bits and pieces when I pulled my remote key case open and that I couldn't figure out how to get them back in correctly. He asked me to email him a picture of what I had before me and said he would try to figure out a way to help me. He ended up actually taking a remote off the shelf and taking it apart. He then took a total of six photos, as he reassembled it -- step by step -- and emailed them to me. What the photos showed made perfect sense, and I had my remote back together in no time. In my opinion, this went above and beyond what one would expect from a parts department, and it is an example of why I am always willing to drive the extra miles in order to buy a car and have it serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. I hope to be able to meet Bob when I am there for my next service visit and thank him in person. More

Waiting 2+ hours to have key made, really! The title pretty much sums. it up. I ordered the key ahead of time. Made an appointment ahead of time. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Then waited again for an hour and half + to have the key made. and it's the most expensive key i have ever purchased. Very disappointing. More

I spoke with the manager Luke and an advisor Dave. They both were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained what was needed to be done, gave an estimate and completed the job in a timely matter. Dave was very thorough with what was done when I picked up my car and a really nice person. The rates were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Manly for any of your service needs!
