Excessively long wait but good customer service. This was the third consecutive time visiting Manly Honda with an excessive wait time to check in. All three times I have arrived 5-10 minuets before m This was the third consecutive time visiting Manly Honda with an excessive wait time to check in. All three times I have arrived 5-10 minuets before my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting 30-40 minuets AFTER my scheduled appointment to even be checked in. Because of this, my car was not even started on until far after my appointment was to begin. Each time the gentlemen helping were very apologetic and assured me that it was not normal (maybe I'm just lucky). Most recently the gentleman who helped me, I don't remember his name, was very helpful once he was able to check me in. He offered me a discount and spoke with the service technicians who were able to expedite my car to help make up the time. In addition to this I was not told when booking my appointment that the recommended service was far larger then the A1 that was noted by my car, and would actually cost $700+. Because this was much higher then expected I was not able to do all that was recommended, and the gentleman who I was working with was very helpful, showing me which services to do sooner and which could wait so that I do not have to do it all as one big payment. Overall I was satisfied enough with the level of service and will continue to use Manly Honda for my servicing, but there are some small communication issues that could be helped. I have selected who I think helped me, Bill Petty, but I am not 100% sure if that is accurate. More
Awesome Service This is a smoothly running operation from the time I was greeted as I pulled in driveway, to the reception area where I waited to an advisor. I was assigned to Jose, he explained what they would do, the time involved and offered me shuttle service if I needed it. There was a cappuccino machine and cookies and a television to make the wait easier. After the service was completed, Jose went over what was done and I paid the bill. I was very impressed! More

Failure to provide or explain services I brought my 2007 Honda CRV in for a airbag replacement recall. I made the appointment for a few days later. At the time of the call they also told me they had a shuttle service available. I took my car in at the appointed time, The service department took my information and soon after they took my car in for the required repairs. They were on tome and completed the work within the estimated time. They also provided me with shuttle service to and from my home. The gentlemen who drove me were just great and on time. At the time I brought the car in the told me they would vaccum and wash my car. They did neither. Admittedly my car was a mess because I use it like a truck. On the form they returned to me, they had printed in the form that "customer requests no multi-point inspection which was never discussed with me. Also on the second page there was a Statement "All Scheduled Maintenance Service Include Our 180 Days of Renewable Drive-Sure Benefits****** Ask Your Service Advisor for Details********. I did not see this statement until several days later. I wonder if many people even see this! I think the service person should have explained this when I was given the paper work More

Great customer service. Work by shop average Paid for lens cleaning. Wax left on car and lenses. Noticeable scratches left on both headlights. I had car scheduled to detail days later elsewhere. Paid for lens cleaning. Wax left on car and lenses. Noticeable scratches left on both headlights. I had car scheduled to detail days later elsewhere. Detailer asked where it was done. Informed it was not done well. Paid for key reprogramming. Upon leaving the parking lot. Original key still did not work. I paid $75 to reprogram a broken key. Very unprofessional not to ensure keys work to proficiency. Honda also quoted me quite a few 'fixes/ repairs' needed. I'm not sure why Honda is charging $77 (quoted) to replace my cabin air filter when the part cost $20 and takes 5 Minutes to replace. Since I replaced it less than 6 months ago, I am also unsure why it was recommended. This makes me wonder whether other recommendations are necessary. Will go elsewhere from now on. More

Great customer satisfaction! Manly listens to their customers. I had an issue with an accessory that I purchased when I bought my 2017 Ridgeline. This accessory was from a 3rd par Manly listens to their customers. I had an issue with an accessory that I purchased when I bought my 2017 Ridgeline. This accessory was from a 3rd party vendor and not manufactured by Honda. Manly replaced the first one but the 2nd one still had the same issue. They refunded my money and I was able to find that accessory elsewhere that met my needs. Thank you Bill Petty and the management at Manly! More
