Recent Service Experience I took my car in for a 6 month service inspection and it was completed in the time that was promised. Outstanding and Above and Beyond Service I brought my car in for the Engine Check light. Its an Accord 2000. I am always scared when I see those light indicators on and may expect a costly I brought my car in for the Engine Check light. Its an Accord 2000. I am always scared when I see those light indicators on and may expect a costly expense. Jessie Prestidge was very empathetic and understanding and re-assured me he would first see what would be issues and would be willing to work with me if it was going to be costly. It ended up being costly. I had some damaged spark plugs with the screws on the engine damaged which created some back firing as quoted. Required some hoses and belts to be replaced in the process. It costed a total of over $900 of which I didn't want to spend. The fact that he was so very re-assuring, empathetic and would assure would resolve my issue it made it easier for me to go ahead and spend that money. He even took care of some of the repair work for the damaged screw lining in the engine. He gave me a loaner car for the whole time it took to repair it. It took almost two weeks. He was very professional and very trustworthy. Two important factors I think in customer service. More
