Another fine service experience at Manly Honda Bill was ready to write my order at the time of my appointment and my car was ready when promised. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Out of warranty service issue We had a power steering leakage issue over a fairly long period of time which never really got resolved during the warranty period. It happened again, We had a power steering leakage issue over a fairly long period of time which never really got resolved during the warranty period. It happened again, but this time our extended warranty had expired. Bill Petty our service person and Luke the service Manager understood the issue and did the right thing to resolve it. We are very appreciative of their taking this on-going problem seriously and resolving it to our mutual benefit. They are very professional and very honest to deal with.
