They are so valuable to me: their customer service, from the man at the counter (whose name, unfortunately, I always forget, to the service guys, to the ladies who answer the phones and my questions about directing me to local glass repair (slight crack in windshield from coming back from Tahoe, on the summit), to body work for the dent I put in myself to my lovely Honda CRV! All of this in one year, yet I've had two cars from Manley, and I am very, very happy I have Manley in my life. You are very good at what you do, which, to me, is customer service. The fact that you sell a fabulous product is even secondary to me, because it's the follow-up, which you provide in customer service, which is so anxiety-releiving, and therefore, so valuable, to me. Waste of time I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair I brought my car here because while having an oil change done the mechanic saw what they believed might be a leak and suggested I check if the repair wouldn't be covered under my warranty. The service department was hard to get a hold of. I kept getting transferred around and when I finally went was able to make an appointment and bring my to car in i ended up waiting 15 minutes after the appointment time, I arrived 15 minutes early. Anyway after having my car since 8:45 am they still hadnt looked at it by 3pm whenever I called. By 5 I was told there is no leak but they did repair a tire that had a nail in it. My car wasn't ready for pick up until 12 the next day. my car came back with a few scratches I know weren't there before More
Top Notch Customer Service I brought in my 2012 Honda Civic with the weatherstripping falling off the driver side door. Within a few minutes, Jose Rocha was able to show me how I brought in my 2012 Honda Civic with the weatherstripping falling off the driver side door. Within a few minutes, Jose Rocha was able to show me how to reattach the weatherstripping without charging me any exorbitant fees. I was very pleased with his customer service and friendliness. Will definitely be back here the next time I have issues with my Honda. More

Friendly Service Bill was very friendly and thoughtful of my concerns. I came in for an oil change and rotation of tires. The oil change was no problem, done in a ti Bill was very friendly and thoughtful of my concerns. I came in for an oil change and rotation of tires. The oil change was no problem, done in a timely manner however they ran into a problem with rotating my tires, one of my studs were broken off previously and the mechanics couldn't take off the front wheel w/o breaking off the other studs. A replacement is required for my bearings on the front wheel. Bill was thoughtful enough to explain. I was satisfied but couldn't afford to replace the bearing. Only dissatisfaction was the charges I would incur if I were to get it done w/ Honda. I've decided to go outside of Honda and deal with a private mechanic. The experience was very friendly. More
service was too long (6 hours for 4 new tires and an align I don't know if they were overbooked or understaffed but I was quoted 2.5 to 3.5 hours. I dropped my car off at 10:50 and it was finally ready at 5:2 I don't know if they were overbooked or understaffed but I was quoted 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Would have appreciated an honest estimate of the wait time and/or a discount for my time wasted. My ticket for the tires and alignment was 1220+ More
