Friendly and Responsive Took my 2006 Ridgeline in for a repeated engine light issue. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see a service rep. Alt Took my 2006 Ridgeline in for a repeated engine light issue. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see a service rep. Although Jess did have all the information and paperwork ready when I got to the counter which was nice. Jess communicated very well with phone calls and updates on my vehicle as troubleshooting had to be done to figure out the issue in order to repair. Upon pick up there credit card chip reader was having issues but they were able to push it through. I also found out that I was double charged for a gasket part ($25) on my paperwork and the issue was fixed quickly and I was on my way. All in all it was a good experience. More

Bill Petty was great! I've been to Manly Honda many times and Bill Petty has helped me more then a couple times and every time he has been very courteous and friendly. He makes sure I have every thing I need and that all my questions are answered. I've been asked by family members why I take my car to the dealership when it's known the cost will be a lot more then an auto shop and I always tell them because I know my car will be taken care of and I'm always treated well and it's your employees like Bill who make me feel that way.
