Slow start, good service I waited 20 minutes past my set appointment time before a service advisor even called my name. My car was to be done in 90 minutes, but it took 60 minutes. I was getting a B1 service which is oil change and tire rotation. The three levels of service with 3 different rates of payment seemed new to me. I felt everyone should get the full service for a medium price. I paid the top price of course because driving mountain roads I need a top performing car. This seemed like an unfair way for Honda to make extra money from the car owner. Very nice waiting area for car owners with a great coffee machine! More

I had it towed in right at closing time and Jose ensured it was delivered and checked in. By noon the following day the starter was fixed, and the shuttle driver picked me up at home to pick up my auto at the dealership. I was able to pick up my grandson at school on time ! Than you Jose. I came in for a recall issue and asked about some missing clips while I was there. They did both free of charge and loaned me a car for the 1 1/2 I needed to wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, employees were well dressed. I seriously walked out of there so impressed. Great job Honda! More
