Could be better I've been going to Manly for over 16 years and the service has always been great. I was disappointed this time because none of the coupon discounts I presented and discussed with the service rep were applied and my bill was almost $2800. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it until I got home. Also in the past Honda has offered to wash my car when it was kept overnight and although I didn't expect it, it would have been a nice gesture. Since they've moved into their new building, I feel the service has become much less personalized and while everyone is polite, it feels like the customer is just a number. More

wonderful experience I had a wonderful first time experience with Manly in Santa Rosa. Santiago was not only professional and friendly he was a great help. He made what could have been a terrible experience go so incredibly smoothly. i thought I had the top of the line warranty through Manly but it turns out it is not the quite the top. What i thought was a covered simple repair turned out to be quite a costly not so simple repair. Santiago took the time to do the research and talk to the warranty provider and manly covered the entire repair. While my car was having the normal servicing my key was broken and Manly covered for a new key and provided me a loaner car. My car was repaired by the end of the day and I was back in the vehicle I love. Thank you Santiago and Manly! More

Very Frustrating Experience We had a 10 am apt for oil change, tire rotation, and to look at back door which made unusual noises when closing. My wife showed up at 9:40 am and t We had a 10 am apt for oil change, tire rotation, and to look at back door which made unusual noises when closing. My wife showed up at 9:40 am and the waiting room was complete chaos with no chairs left to sit in (she asked if this was usual and the response was yes). At 10:45 she was called to the service desk for the apt and was told it would take until 12:30. She said this would not work as she had to pickup the kids from school at noon. They said they would only do the oil change then due to time. A driver asked if anyone wanted to go over to target - they confirmed twice they could pick her up at 11:30 to meet her schedule. Not only di they not pick her up, the male drive had nothing but an attitude and was completely rude. They picked her up at 12:30 and returned her to the shop while our kids wanted 45 minutes crying to be picked up at school. Overall terrible experience all around. Why make apt and time commitments if you cannot keep them. More
Airbag recall I was met at the front door by a service representative who walked me to the check-in desk. The person in charge explained to me what was going to happen and approximately how long it would take (5 min. less than his lowest estimate). He directed me to the lounge where there were cookies, warm from the oven, and a hot drink machine with multiple choices. I felt much more like a guest than a customer. When I got my car back, it had been vacuumed and the dash had been dusted. What a nice surprise. The whole experience was professional and upscale. More
