"ok" service provided I love the convenience of how close this service center is to my home, but I was disappointed in them. The person helping me gave me a time frame he s I love the convenience of how close this service center is to my home, but I was disappointed in them. The person helping me gave me a time frame he shouldn't have provided (he said I'd be in and out in 45 minutes, I was there almost 2 hours), he should've just said they'd be as quick as possible than hold a time frame he couldn't guarantee. I'm also disappointed that when I brought 2 vehicles in the one with the earlier appointment was seen later than the scheduled time of the second car. I understand there's a lot of cars serviced, but there's no point of scheduling appointments if when I arrive it's more on a "first come first serve" basis. I also didn't like the fact that I was clearly profiled based on my last name, so the customer service guy first spoke Spanish then to English when he realized I spoke English. I'm also annoyed that after going for an oil change my wheel alignment has felt "off" since I got it back. Not cool. More

Recall/Upgrade My first time at this dealership. My 10 year old Honda had 3 recalls requiring attention. Even though I'd made my 2:00 appointment online and they wer My first time at this dealership. Even though I'd made my 2:00 appointment online and they weren't expecting to fix three things so late in the day, they accommodated me and put extra personnel on my car to get it all done. While they worked on my car, I met with a sales/service specialist (Sean) who happily showed me new and used cars that I was interested in, taking me for test drives, working on various financing options, and in the end sending me home to think it all through rather than pressuring me to make a snap decision. I actually enjoyed the process and came back three days later to get that new car. I've been telling everyone who asks to go to Manly Honda for great customer service! Oh, and I love my new car!!!
