He was friendly, knowledgable and willing to answer every question I asked with precise, detailed answers, He informed me of the process involved with the service my car needed. During check out he went over all the details of the mechanics report and again answered all questions thoroughly. He saw to it that my car was brought to the door for me, which was done by another Honda team member who handed my keys to me with a smile on his face. Happily, I drove away with a happy, purring car... PS: I love my new "HAPPINESS" license plate frame! More

best Honda Service in northern California my Honda Crosstour had a screw in the tire. i drove in to the service dept was immediately helped before i even got out of the car. i had just gotte my Honda Crosstour had a screw in the tire. i drove in to the service dept was immediately helped before i even got out of the car. i had just gotten off of a night shift and was on my way home when i got a flat tire on the freeway. there was a long line of cars and about 20 people in the waiting area getting their car serviced. they said the wait would be about an hour. the waiting area was really nice with comfortable seating, TV's and really nice coffee machine that made every possible coffee drink you could imagine. they had wifi which made the wait more tolerable. was only about a 45 min wait and the cost was only $20 to fix. More
