On a consistent basis, the service advisors are helpful & friendly with a positive attitude. My recent experience was for a Civic Hybrid that periodically would not start and had to be "jumped" 3 times in 2 weeks. Bill Petty discussed the issue with me and gave me a choice of replacing the battery or paying a similar amount to do an evaluation to determine the problem. After some discussion & input from Bill, I chose to replace the battery, which I think was the right choice as the car is working fine now. He was also able to squeeze me in for a routine oil change which was also due and provided me an available discount for customers. The dealership provided a shuttle service to my home (which I did not expect) while the car was being serviced. The driver, Santiago, was engaging and courteous. All in all, the experience in having my car serviced was a seamless and easy process. 5 stars! Prior to my scheduled visit, I called Manly and talked to another service advisor about my problem. The advisor took time to listen to the issue and was very helpful. This dealership is highly rated on Yelp (vs. some other Honda dealers who are not) and I believe they have earned the rating. More

I live on the East. It is too hard for me to get to from where I live. I recommend you build a smaller service department on the East side of the freeway to ease some of the burden on you where you are now.. More

I bought my most recent car through manly and had an awful experience. I've written a review to that prior and would have given them 0 Stars if I could. I took my new car to manly for an oil change because I was quoted the cheapest price in town (literally $20 cheaper). When I got there however, they explained to me that the price was different than the price I was quoted. They ended up honoring the price that I was quoted and let me know that moving forward the standard price for an oil change would be the higher amount. The customer service I received was through a man named Jose. He was cheerful and positive as well as informational. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed even with an appointment, which was a bit long, but I had nothing to do that day so it wasn't a big deal. I am going to go back to manly for my oil changes, because they are still the most affordable in town, but I would never buy a car from them again. I hope this is helpful. More

Quick service I had a check engine light in my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid, so I took it to Manly. Despite the huge number of other customers being serviced, they were I had a check engine light in my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid, so I took it to Manly. Despite the huge number of other customers being serviced, they were able to diagnose my issue quickly (a bad sensor) and fix it on the same day. I thought the staff was attentive and friendly. Only slight downside was the shuttle service drivers, who did not make it clear to the very crowded waiting area that they were picking people up and, as a result, they almost left without me. However, once I grabbed the shuttle, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Manly to others. More
