Great service I took my car in for servicing. Everyone was great from my service rep Ted to my shuttle driver. They were able to accommodate the payment over the ph I took my car in for servicing. I felt my car was well taken care of as well as the customer service. The only reason I gave this rating a 4 star is because when I went to pick up my car after hours I was not greeted right away. When I was given my keys I asked where my car was parked and the gentlemen pointed and said it should be along the side there. I walked out to look for my car and was unable to find it. I had to walk back inside and again was not greeted. I had to stop someone to ask them to help me find my car. My car was not parked where they said it was in fact it was parked opposite of where they told me. So I would just recommend better assisantances when someone is coming back for their car. Other than that service department, ted, shuttle driver, and Jeff K who was assigned to work on my car was amazing! More

Regular -excellent - service I always have a good experience at Manly Honda. I normally go there for my regular maintenance, and this time it was the usual oil change. I like all I always have a good experience at Manly Honda. I normally go there for my regular maintenance, and this time it was the usual oil change. I like all the things they do at that time, but what I really appreciated was that the recalled visor that I had replaced some years ago was again breaking down. Even though the warranty on the part had expired, they gave me a nice rebate so that the charge wasn't so steep. The shuttle is one reason I can use Manly, everything they do is much appreciated! My CRV runs like a spring chicken at 190K miles. My Honda CRV has been labeled "a great car" and now, after the major service, it runs like a youngster.
