Manly Honda - Service Center

Saturday morning appointment I had a 9:45 appointment..at 10:15 I finally re-approached the check in lady to ask if I were ever going to be checked in. A gentleman at that point I had a 9:45 appointment..at 10:15 I finally re-approached the check in lady to ask if I were ever going to be checked in. A gentleman at that point said he could help me...when I asked him if it always took 1/2 hour to check in his reply was an unapologetic "on Saturday mornings, yes, we're half staff". If this is a known problem it should be addressed. My husband and 3 kids were waiting in the car the entire time (since this Honda doesn't supply loaners) there was no communication from the representatives. When the rep went to check the ODO reading on my car he couldn't find it. He had to find someone who could help him (it was being washed). I told him I needed it by noon (his reply - "no problem") but noon came and went and no phone call. I called at 12:15 and was told it "was almost done". So between the hour it took to check in, the unfulfilled promise of when it would be done, and the complete lack of concern among the reps my review is very low. More
