The price is OK. I would have given an excellent rating if I saw evidence for attention to details such as cleaning the windshield, vacuuming the inside or offering to take the glue off my windshield, which has been there since I brought the car a year ago. It all started with Alexis, when I called to schedule my appointment. She was able to get me in on the same day. When I called back while driving in heavy traffic, she assured me she could still get me in to have the car serviced. After I drove up I was greeted by a nice gentleman who escorted me to the customer service area. Sorry, I failed to notice his name. Tina confirmed my appointment and advised me to have a seat. I was later greeted by Bill Robertson who advised me on the required first service needed for my 2017 Honda Accord. Bill was outstanding and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt he was super knowledgeable about my car, and it was good to know that he also owns a 2006 Honda. I am still in disbelief about the roadside service for my tires if needed. Mario, in the parts department, was also great. He helped me decide which products to purchase. When he learned that I purchased my car at Manly, he gave me a discount on my purchase. It is rare to experience such efficiency in all areas of a car dealership. Needless to say, I look forward to my next service. By the way, I'm also the lady that called a few weeks ago inquiring about what to use to clean my seats. It took a few calls, but I was finally able to speak with you Luke and you advise me to pickup the Lexol wipes, which I purchased yesterday as well. Many thanks, Troy More

Anytime I need a part (maintenance or emergency fix), they eit The team that works the parts counter (Patrick, Mario and Miguel) all know their stuff. Anytime I need a part (maintenance or emergency fix), they either have it in stock or can get it next day - their prices are competitive and they are super nice as well! I needed a gas cap this morning and Patrick and Mario were able to help me with a small clip that I couldn't get off - above and beyond service with a smile. Excellent service for a major job The day before we were to go on a trip for about a week, we had a problem with our 2005 Odyssey (bought new at and always serviced by Manly). It was n The day before we were to go on a trip for about a week, we had a problem with our 2005 Odyssey (bought new at and always serviced by Manly). It was not clear at the time what was causing the problem, but we were loaned free a 2016 CV-R for the trip. As it turned out, the problem required extensive work due to the replacement of damaged parts and cleaning out the junk in the connected parts. Bill gave us an employee's discount on the cost of the repair. Over the years we have always had good service at Manly. More

The service dept. is not satisfied until you are satisfied.. I always appreciate how the service writers and the skilled service technicians they represent make an extra effort to understand exactly what trouble I always appreciate how the service writers and the skilled service technicians they represent make an extra effort to understand exactly what troubles, I, as the vehicle operator, am having that compels me to bring my vehicle into the dealership to get help. I like how they start with the easiest, most logical and least expensive solution first and giving that a try before offering what will be next, and ultimately necessary, a more expensive fix. I don't mind the extra steps if it leads to the real solution. Also, I appreciate them giving me some credit on the final bill for what had occurred in the successful narrowing down of the vehicle's problem.
