Wonderful service and hospitality I had a lot of issues with my Honda from the air conditioning controller, the over heating car, and fan belts. The shuttle was an SUV and I couldn't get into it with my disability so Honda grabbed a rental and Jesse (from the detailing department) drove me home. Unfortunately, this changed dramatically once my lease was signed: I did not get any response for more than a month despite me constantly following up via phone, text and email. Besides poor customer experience, I also want to highlight the lack of business etiquette: when the dealership is at fault and needs to finish a service that was incomplete due to their oversight, I expect my car to be returned with the same amount of gas I had in my tank originally. Instead, I found 1/4 of my tank had been used up, not even to mention the full tank of gas I had been promised for the inconvenience... If you value a solid dealership that will support you past the original sale, DO NOT chose Manly Honda! More

It was raining the day I drove in and a very nice gentleman met me with an umbrella to escort me into the building. The customer care woman that took care of me was very efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and well lit, I was asked immediately if I would like a warm beverage and that was very nice. I met with the service consultant within five minutes and he also was very helpful and efficient. My car was fixed and retrieving my car was very easy . The whole experience was excellent. More

What's that White Stuff All Over the Back of my Car? Update We took our '04 Honda Accord in for routine service on Monday, 2/13/17, which amounted to an oil change and 13-point inspection. On my way home after We took our '04 Honda Accord in for routine service on Monday, 2/13/17, which amounted to an oil change and 13-point inspection. On my way home after picking up the vehicle, I noticed that the back window had spots all over it. It should be noted that the car was washed the afternoon before we brought it in, Monday was a dry day and I was mystified as to where what appeared to be water spots came from. Once I got home, I was horrified to see white spots all over the trunk lid, back window, roof and partially down the driver's side back door/window. This was not dust, it would not wipe off, and required another wash job and some scrubbing to remove whatever this substance was. UPDATE: The dealership has been very responsive to our concerns and are making every effort to rectify the situation. We very much appreciate it and it restores the faith we've had in the dealership for the past 12+ years. More
Got expected service, dissappointed in no little extras. Just before arriving birds overhead pooped all over my car, and Dave said they would wash car. He even put it in service order. He explained they don't wash cars anymore due to drought, but seeing my car covered as it was in fresh bird poop, he made an exception. However, no one got to it and drove off lot and straight to car wash. I know its not a big deal and I certainly would not blame David as he did his part, but I drive a bit further to come to your service center from Sonoma because you go the extra mile; doesn't quite seem that way anymore. But service on car was good otherwise. Thinking of just going closer to Petaluma again since don't need to go so far for basic attention. More

I stayed and waited for my car and they had a beautiful waiting area that allowed me to get a lot of work done. Very happy customer :) More
