I stayed and waited for my car and they had a beautiful waiting area that allowed me to get a lot of work done. Very happy customer :) More
Great Customer Service I brought my car in on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM and it was finished by 4 PM Tuesday. They called me within an hour of dropping off the car to tell I brought my car in on a Monday morning at 7:30 AM and it was finished by 4 PM Tuesday. They called me within an hour of dropping off the car to tell me what was wrong with it and what needed to be fixed. Jose Rocha provided excellent customer service and I'm very happy to have had a great experience as I have not had great experiences through other car dealership service centers. Our family just moved into this area so I initially had my apprehensions dealing with a new Honda Dealer and totally new service advisors. But then, along comes ... ... BILL PETTY! Totally professional and yet he gives you his best! Very courteous and respectful, Bill comes across a customer like you have been good friends for many years and so him being at the entrance is I suspect, not a coincidence. He is there to welcome customers in the best possible way and Bill is indeed an asset to Manly Honda. I see a good future for him in the organization as he exudes genuine and sincere commitment to help ensure customer satisfaction and TRUST and this is what wins new customers that become loyal and keeps us coming back. Can you believe they have a mocha machine in the the lounge and a widescreen TV for those who want to catch up on TV? One of the staff there helped me with the machine even. Offered to help... employees are so sweet and friendly there. I want to say thank you to the woman who assisted me with the coffee machine who I'm sorry I didn't get her name. And thank you to Dave Ashby who greeted me and was so efficient and answered pretty much all my questions before I could ask. Got me a ride to the mall on their shuttle and made sure I boarded it! Wow! The driver John made sure I was comfortable and he CALLED ME to arrange pickup! Wow!! Thank you John for the conversation ! ?? Thank you finally to Dan Thompson for coming to Manly... because without him...I wouldn't have found out what a great place Manly Honda is!! 😍💚 More
