Great This was the first time I had been to their service center since the building was updated. I was really pleased with how uncomplicated they made it. As soon as I drove up, someone greeted me and told me where to park and directed me where to go. They vacuumed out my car right away. The service building was clean and updated. I was approached by my service rep within 5 minutes and went over the services right where I was in the waiting room, which was helpful because I had my two young children with me. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was helpful to have a kids area. When my car was finished (oil change and tire rotation), I was clearly told what would be needed next on my car (so no surprises upcoming hopefully). More

Not fixed I asked for help syncing my phone numbers to the car and told they couldn't figure it out. Their suggestion was to enter numbers by hand. Poor.
