Great service I was happy with the ease of scheduling my appointment online. When I arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes and that put me off just a little bit bu I was happy with the ease of scheduling my appointment online. I had requested a battery for my key fob and I never did get the battery. When I picked up my car I found that it had not been washed or vacuumed out and that would've been a good thing to have had happened. Overall very satisfied. More

Our first one a 2007 that we never had any problems with was destroyed in a house fire in June 2015. It only had 90,000 miles on it which means if it was still a baby with plenty of life in it. When it cam to replacing it, we looked also at the Subaru Forester just to keep an open mind about what is out there. As soon as my wife took the new CRV for a test drive, she started crying and I knew that it felt like her old car. We got a great deal from Jesse. I know him from many years of playing softball and every time I need to bring it in, Mike Esaia is there to greet me. I know Mike from our Church in Healdsburg. So thanks again More
