Fast, efficient service I was able to stop in Tuesday afternoon, after a minor accident, have the part ordered and put in Wednesday morning and go to work. Appreciate this great service center! I took my CRV in for its servicing and was attended to by the customer service desk very quickly. The shuttle driver was very courteous as well and t I took my CRV in for its servicing and was attended to by the customer service desk very quickly. The shuttle driver was very courteous as well and took me home because in addition to the servicing, the two air bags and autolock for the door had to be replaced due to recall. Mid afternoon I received a call that my front brakes needed to be replaced so I authorized them to do that as well since they already had the car. The shuttle came back and returned me to the dealership to pick up my car which was ready when I got there. All in all my day was free without waiting around for the car. Courteous, efficient, friendly! More

I took the shuttle they offer and had a nice ride with my driver, a young girl named Anna. She was sweet and thoughtful. She picked me up at the time I requested and got me back to Honda by 11:15. I checked in at Customer Service and was asked to wait. At 12:30 I still had not been called, so I went up and asked a custmoer service rep to check to see. Evidently, my car had been ready but I wasn't contacted. They lost track of me. Then I was told my car was near E'. I am disabled and walked out there checking, no car. I saw an employee and asked him if he could help me find my car. He was very helpful & nice and found it way down at the other end of the lot.. near A and he brought it to me.(I am disabled and couldn't walk any I am still getting a lot of static on the radio which I am upset about, but they can't seem to fix it. I always look forward to listening to music in my car, but not anymore. This is one reason I am not completely happy with my CRV. I don't mind waiting, it usually taks a couple of hours, but it was just a bit too long. The next time I need an ooil change, I will do what Brian G. did, just pop in and ask to have an oil change. Maybe it wirks better that way. He gave a great review The Service rep I worked with was David Ashby and he was very helpful. HE always is! More

Service Department I started having engine issues at 9:00am on Thursday. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist (who deserves credit too) told me to come i I started having engine issues at 9:00am on Thursday. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist (who deserves credit too) told me to come in as a walk-in due to the issues I was having. I came in at 11:30 and Jess P took care of me and my car was back on the road at 5:00pm that day. He also had my sunroof fixed! Moral of the story - Jess recognized without me saying that it would be tough on me to be without a car and I believe he got my car through quickly because he cared. More
Great service. I drove in with no appointment on a busy morning. Great job Manly! I arrived on time and was greeted out front by a person who directed me to the service desk. I checked in and greeted by a service tech within 5 minut I arrived on time and was greeted out front by a person who directed me to the service desk. I checked in and greeted by a service tech within 5 minutes. My car was serviced as required within the time frame quoted. They also cleaned my floor mats. Overall an excellent experience. More
