Today, I spoke with Patrick from the Parts department about cleaning my car upholstery. He gave me expert advice and instructions, even coming to my car for a look at the stains. He took his time with me to repeat instructions as needed. He was very helpful and patient, gave me tips and information about ways he had used the cleaning products. The same attitude has always prevailed at Honda -- all the employees are helpful, informative, and expert. I recommend their service highly, and wouldn't have my car serviced anywhere else. More

Honest discussion about what service was needed and a fair price. When the agreed upon time was passed, the service person, did not charge me for the service. He said that the time I waited was not up to their standards, so he gave me the service for free. This is the kind of service that Manly provides. I will always take my Honda there and recommend it to friends. More

Excellent Customer Service! Manly's new Honda dealership handles a large amount of customers on a busy morning in a very orderly and smooth fashion. I was greeted by the lot at Manly's new Honda dealership handles a large amount of customers on a busy morning in a very orderly and smooth fashion. I was greeted by the lot attendant who asked me how he could help, took my keypad and directed me to the customer service desk to check in. From there I was located on their schedule, asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area, and within a few minutes was greeted by my service advisor, Jose Richard. He had me all set up for my scheduled appointment to have a recall performed (the original reason for my appointment), and when I inquired about getting a shuttle ride to work, said to just be comfortable and he would have the recall performed in about 20-30 minutes! I was so impressed with the way I was treated I asked if he could do a needed maintenance service during the same visit. He added that to the service order and then the Service Manager< Luke Amman, asked if he could provide me with a loaner car so I could get to work and return after my car was ready. All in all I would say my expectations were vastly exceeded, I appreciated the professionalism and fast service, and will more than likely return for additional service needs. More

Too Busy The service experience is like a Dr. Phil session; You check in with the receptionist, and are told to have a seat in the waiting area. This waiting area has a cooking channel playing loudly from a big screen TV, while children play and dogs roam. 20 -25 people, all waiting to be seen, enjoy coffee and snacks on a community couch. Your Therapist will come and find you, and conduct the initial review with you on the couch. When your work is complete, they return for more "on couch" therapy. I would like to go back to the business side of car repair! See me at the time I have reserved, deal with my vehicle, and I am in and out quickly. My service writer was great, but way too busy. I called twice to discuss my repair, neither call was returned. The ipad interview won't print, causing him to retype everything into his desktop computer. Price was high. More
Misinformation I bought my car at your dealership 3 years ago. Called to make an apt. To check my breaks. Service, customer service said it is free to check. I come in and my apt is not noted, fine they get me in. I ask them to reset my Bluetooth since my phone has not been working and they tell me $75 and that the check will be $30 for breaks. I have a 120,000 mile warranty and I was told they were closed and they couldn't check on that so I told them not to do the Bluetooth and not check for software update. WHAT, I bought my car there and it should be in the system. Customer service also misquoted service charge and cost of both front/back break pads and as far as I'm concerned if you get the service done there the $30 should be waived. I will as in the past go to the South Bay and get any service that is needed in the future. Also I really don't like a service rep exaggerating the situation. I've driven hondas for years and a warning screech happens when they are under .25 so that you don't ruin your rotars, so I find it hard to believe that they would tell me they were worn to 0. I've done my own break pads for 20 years so I know a thing or 2 about cars etc. The service rep seemed to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. Other than that the rep was nice pleasant and job was completed quickly. More
