Key cut and program. I have been bringing all of my Honda vehicles to manly for many years. I have primarily worked with Bill Robertson. I now will wait for him rather than deal with another advisor. He has always been fair and helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers. I still have my 1995 Accord that my daughter now drives and I trust Bill to give me reasonable advice on what repairs make sense on such an old car. I feel like he is not just trying to make a single big repair bill but knows that saving me some money on my older car will keep me coming in for my newer ones regularly. More

The good news is all about them and their professionalism in customer care standards. The bad news had to do with an expense I wasn't expecting when I arrived. Because the thorough inspection unearthed two additional problems, I agreed to include them in my repair and, I was grateful, ultimately, that I was consulted. The bill was more than I anticipated; but, my car is better off for the expenditure. Thank you. More
Too expensive ~ not confident that the prices are fair. I am having buyers remorse for purchasing the 2016 HR-V when I bring it in for the routine maintenance work. I don't feel confident that the work was even performed on the car. My front hood was not opened, because the leaves in the cracks are still there. I was offered a car wash, but that did not happen either. I was told that my car was ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for the paperwork. More
Clean, fast and courteous I haven't been to Honda in awhile for service. This is our first Honda and our 2008 is still going strong with over 100K on it with just oil changes. Recently had to have service for an airbag sensor and was pleasantly surprised by the updates done to the service department. Very positive experience. More
So Far So Good I've brought my new HRV to this service center for the first few services (I know many people think it's a gyp) and I've had a few things needing fixi I've brought my new HRV to this service center for the first few services (I know many people think it's a gyp) and I've had a few things needing fixing that were just, sadly, bad design on behalf of Honda. The driver's sun visor mechanism that holds it on the roof is just bad design, and the 2 charging outlets had circuit malfunctions even though I'd never gotten to use them yet. BUT the service center fixed them all, all of which was under warranty, the only negative aspect was the sun visor that was supposed to arrive within a couple days took 3 weeks and the service center rep wasn't communicating well with his parts center. The parts center gentlemen were great at making up for the hiccup, and did a great job getting it all taken care of. Just need to make sure your different departments keep each other on the same page! Otherwise, it was all good so far. More

Wonderful service but took forever Oil change and tires rotated=4 hours. Way too long. I am a new customer and was offered to choose between 4 new license plate surrounds. Chose one Oil change and tires rotated=4 hours. Way too long. I am a new customer and was offered to choose between 4 new license plate surrounds. Chose one but was given the wrong one. They removed the decal from the previous dealership for me at no cost which was wonderful. That took 15 minutes, no problem with that! Dave Ashby was terrific. More

Great service. Much improved in the last three years. Great service. All employees are very courteous, from the service technician, to the shuttle drivers and cashiers.
