Service dept I came in for a oil change and my service helper jess did not know what he was talking about and just kept trying to get me to buy other expensive ite I came in for a oil change and my service helper jess did not know what he was talking about and just kept trying to get me to buy other expensive items. When I checked out at the customer service area where the ladies work the young lady who helped me was not friendly at all. Also everything is way overpriced! I love my Honda but very disappointed with the service. I will probably go elsewhere in the future for service which saddens me due to I really like having my car serviced at its dealership keeps the value higher. More
