Employees are great I had to get a oil change on my car and my car wasn't ready by the time I came back to the dealership to pick it up. However, Dave apologized and kind I had to get a oil change on my car and my car wasn't ready by the time I came back to the dealership to pick it up. However, Dave apologized and kindly waived off the whole bill for the inconvenience. Last time I got my oil change done, I had a man name Santiago give me my shuttle rides. He was wonderful and made my day. So when I saw him again the 2nd time, I was so pleased to see him and was happy that he was going to be my shuttle ride again. He even remembered me and told me I can call him anytime to pick me back up. Not only did he give me great service, but he even went the extra mile for me and picked me back up again when my car wasn't ready on his LUNCH BREAK. Will be back again, thank you for the wonderful service <3 More

Very good follow up by Justin, Due to the amount of money I was spending on my 2008 for the 92,000 tune up he called to let me know there are options available for me if I want to look at the possibility of getting into a new vehicle. Two Hours for an Oil Change? I was taken promptly after arriving at the dealership. The paperwork started no later than 9:40 AM (I arrived at 9:33) which was a nice change from w I was taken promptly after arriving at the dealership. Around 11:30 AM I noticed my car was back in the parking lot and after waiting a few more minutes, I signed the rest of the paperwork and was on my way. Is there any way where one could have an oil and filter change done in less than two hours? More
