So Far So Good I've brought my new HRV to this service center for the first few services (I know many people think it's a gyp) and I've had a few things needing fixi I've brought my new HRV to this service center for the first few services (I know many people think it's a gyp) and I've had a few things needing fixing that were just, sadly, bad design on behalf of Honda. The driver's sun visor mechanism that holds it on the roof is just bad design, and the 2 charging outlets had circuit malfunctions even though I'd never gotten to use them yet. BUT the service center fixed them all, all of which was under warranty, the only negative aspect was the sun visor that was supposed to arrive within a couple days took 3 weeks and the service center rep wasn't communicating well with his parts center. The parts center gentlemen were great at making up for the hiccup, and did a great job getting it all taken care of. Just need to make sure your different departments keep each other on the same page! Otherwise, it was all good so far. More
Clean, fast and courteous I haven't been to Honda in awhile for service. This is our first Honda and our 2008 is still going strong with over 100K on it with just oil changes. Too expensive ~ not confident that the prices are fair. I am having buyers remorse for purchasing the 2016 HR-V when I bring it in for the routine maintenance work. I don't feel confident that the work was even performed on the car. My front hood was not opened, because the leaves in the cracks are still there. I was offered a car wash, but that did not happen either. I was told that my car was ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for the paperwork. More

Wonderful service but took forever Oil change and tires rotated=4 hours. Way too long. I am a new customer and was offered to choose between 4 new license plate surrounds. Chose one Oil change and tires rotated=4 hours. Way too long. I am a new customer and was offered to choose between 4 new license plate surrounds. Chose one but was given the wrong one. They removed the decal from the previous dealership for me at no cost which was wonderful. That took 15 minutes, no problem with that! Dave Ashby was terrific. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There was a recall on my passenger airbag which was taken care of. Interior lights needed more work than I had time for that day, so he made me a new appointment. More

I had worked all night long and was exhausted, she not only asked if she could get me a snack or a beverage, she actually went and got water and brought it to me. These folks go out of their way to make even my service experience a good one. I have now purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have helped a family member purchase a vehicle there last week. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Manly Honda. More
