However, the wait time to simply check the car in for an appointment that was scheduled three weeks prior can be ridiculous. This last time I waited almost 40 minutes. I don't care how much like a brain surgeon's office they fixed up the waiting room - you shouldn't have to wait that long simply to turn your keys over to a service rep.! More
