Ted gathered data quickly for comparisons and I was able to have both quality and affordability with my tire purchase. He exceeded in customer satisfaction in my book. In July, I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me and I had an appt. I came in the other day without an appt., but called first. I was told to come in. Again, 15 minutes for someone to check me in. It takes much longer to be checked in. Do not like it. At least this has been my experience. Everything else is great a, as usual. More
