Even with a coupon the $ 800+ cost for a 60k maintenance on a Honda CRV was bizarrely high. Liked the service but will not return at these prices, shame. Nuff said. Follow-up discussion with store manager who acknowledges the price differential with other service providers. Manly has offered me a credit on a subsequent service which I may avail. More

Poor Service Process I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, as you need to walk behind them to another service desk. They make you wait for a service rep, who finally came out to check me in at about 3:15. Then they hand you off to another service rep. The simple oil change was finally done at about 5:00. It just seems like a waste to have so many people involved in the process. And the service took much longer than it should. It wasn't that the service rep, Bill, did a bad job. The service process was just very convoluted. More
