the best and quality customer service the first time i went there is for an oil change. i never had a change oil at a dealership because it was expensive but because i got a coupon so i br the first time i went there is for an oil change. i never had a change oil at a dealership because it was expensive but because i got a coupon so i brought it there. it took an hour to finish but good thing they had a play area for my son so i didn't notice the time. i wish it would be bigger so that more kids can play. all of the personnel were nice and you'll know that they treat you with respect unlike the ones at hansel honda petaluma! we bought our hrv there at hansel petaluma and they told us that it was brand bew but it already had 50 miles on it with a downpayment of 4k and a credit score of 750+. we are first time buyer that time so there it goes. at least we learned from that! I never wanna go back there but because i needed service so i had no choice. Again a terrible experience happened. Their service department is horrible! I was hoping to get a courtesy/rental car because i don't have anything to use for that day but the guy told me they dont have right away. i can feel that he just dont want to help me so i told him that i will just leave and give the car back to me. So I brought the hrv to Manly honda the second time! Thank God there is manly honda service department where they exceeded my expectation. Even though i got the car from a different dealer i was still entertained and treated nicely. I requested for a renta car too but the person told me nicely about it and offered me a shuttle service instead. Their shuttle service was awesome and all of their staffs are great! So if you have a honda, this is the place to be! Don't go to hansel honda in petaluma! More

With determination and diligence Bill coordinated over an 8 month period of time the 7 service appointments to replace every related component and the fulfillment of the many repair recommendations from Honda Tech Line, Honda America and the unit manufacture. He kept assuring us, over and over, they could fix the stubborn problem and after enormous time and trouble they persisted and got the job done! All through this, Bill provided superb customer service with minimal wait times, comfortable waiting room, loaner cars, etc. and, importantly, kept us informed on a timely basis of the repair status. Even if one hasn't purchased their Honda from this particular dealer, I would definitely recommend they get their service done here. Ed & Coleen G. More

Incredible customer service Jess was amazing. I came in late on Monday afternoon, because my battery light came on. I needed to take my boys to their grandparents the next morn Jess was amazing. I came in late on Monday afternoon, because my battery light came on. I needed to take my boys to their grandparents the next morning. Jess assessed the situation, thought we needed a new alternator, made sure the part was in stock, realized it was under warranty, and sent me home with a free loaner car for the night. The following morning he called at 11AM stating the job was complete. I was still able to get my children to their grandparents on time. Thank you! More

Bill Robertson is often my service advisor as he was today, and even if there are computer glitches, or issues (RARE!) he is so kind and considerate. The shuttle drivers are ALWAYS courteous and today I had the pleasure of riding with Santiago, who was great. All staff jump in if they see you walk in and are truly happy to help(Bill P., Ted K.)
