Honda very disappointing this time:( This was my worst experience with Honda thus far! When I called to schedule I talked to someone in the service dept. told them my car was flashing se This was my worst experience with Honda thus far! When I called to schedule I talked to someone in the service dept. told them my car was flashing service due. I have had all my services done with Honda as well as oil changes. They pulled up my file and told me what service was needed which was around $130.00. When I arrived I was greeted and told I would receive a complimentary floor vacuuming which they never did!!! Proceed to check in and Santaigo asked what I was here for. I do not understand why whatever I booked on the phone is not showing up to Santaigo who is checking me in?? After Santaigo checked my mileage he stated according to the Honda book I was due for 45,000 mile check up which is about $780 or so. I stated that is not what I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment and why was this? Santaigo knows nothing. Firstly the 45,000 check up is much longer in time and several hundred dollars more so I was not prepared to follow through with that service that day. I do not understand why this service was not mentioned to me on the phone when they are looking at my file. When my car was finished Santaigo said he tried to reach me by phone but could not, ( why didn't he leave me a voice message???) to let me know my wiper bladed were bad and my battery was a 3 out of 5. I just had Honda put new wiper blades on when I was there in Sept of 2015 so I am not buying that one. The battery still has life left so that is a no go for now too. I feel Honda is trying to sell things that are not needed yet. I have not had any problems in the past but this visit felt un-easy to me. And when I left and noticed that the floors were a mess and never vacuumed that topped the cake!! I hope things improve:) Stacey More

Great Service! I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and I was really pleased with the service! It turned out there was a recall for a part on my car; Bill to I brought my car in for routine maintenance, and I was really pleased with the service! It turned out there was a recall for a part on my car; Bill took the time to explain the reason for the recall, and he made all of the service options really clear to me. The service was completed before the time it was promised, and I loved being able to communicate via text to find out when my car was ready. When I picked up my car, Bill went over all of the maintenance that was done and reviewed the inspection results with me. He really went above and beyond to provide great service, and my car is still running like new, thanks to the team at Manly Honda! More

You're in good hands Bill Robertson was recommended to me as the man to contact in yhe Service Dept. I quickly learned why when I brought my car in. I needed a head gask Bill Robertson was recommended to me as the man to contact in yhe Service Dept. I quickly learned why when I brought my car in. I needed a head gasket replaced and Bill took the time to show me what was affected and what action was to be taken. I enjoyed the use of a loaner car for the duration and found my car to be more responsive than when I brought it in. Thanks for everything, Team! More

Dead Battery Car wouldn't start 2 times over a weekend. Early Monday morning I left a message with my Service Adviser, Bill Robertson, that AAA had started my Hon Car wouldn't start 2 times over a weekend. Early Monday morning I left a message with my Service Adviser, Bill Robertson, that AAA had started my Honda that morning and I was coming in to Servicing, but didn't have an appointment. As I drove into Servicing, Bill came out before I even stopped. He had me leave car running and got started with the diagnosis. I did need a new battery which was quickly installed. Bill explained all about the new battery and the cost, making me feel confident about the choice. Waiting in the new Customer Lounge was a pleasure. I finally relaxed with the fresh hot cookies and vanilla coffee they have for customers. (Great new coffee machine.) Manly Honda and Bill Robertson turned a frustrating dead battery experience into a relaxing one. More
Great service My CRV was in for routine service and an issue with the front windshield washer. The issue with the washer was quickly identified and repaired. Apparently a small rodent had chewed through the hose leading to the nozzle. Here is where it gets interesting. Within 24 hours the rodent returned and chewed the hose again. A call to Bill Petty set the wheels in motion, and a quickly schedule repair was completed along with some tips to help prevent this problem from occurring again. Thanks Bill Petty! More
