I came in with an appointment as both my headlights had been going out at the same time, multiple times. I didn’t really feel Jordan took the time to understand the issue, and instead of offering to take a been going out at the same time, multiple times. An hour and a half later, I was given no explanation other than my headlights were just burnt out. I felt like I had been tricked into paying this “exploration fee”. When I went to the parts counter to purchase headlight replacement, the gentleman working was extremely helpful, and I felt he actually cared about my car issue, not just taking as much money from me as possible.
