Jose and Lucia have been great customer representatives to me. A couple of days after the oil change and tire rotation, I felt something was wrong with my left front tire or brake. They were constant to me. A couple of days after the oil change and tire rotation, I felt something was wrong with my left front tire or brake. They were constant communication with me and instructed what to look for while driving. They recommended to bring the car in for the safety check on the left tire. Eventually, the tire and brake were okay and no issues. Throughout this process they were competent professionals with great customer services.
