I had them do an overview of my vehicle and to see why my oil light kept coming on. They said I needed a new pvc and something else to fix the problem. I took it in and they only fixed part of it, so I had t oil light kept coming on. They said I needed a new pvc and something else to fix the problem. I took it in and they only fixed part of it, so I had to take it back in to have the other issue fixed because my oil light was still coming on. They also would not honor my bumper to bumper warranty because I was a little over my mileage. I went over my mileage because I was moving and drove a lot during my move AND when I scheduled my appt I was 5k under the warranty mileage, but they couldn’t get me in for 6-8 weeks which caused me to go over the warranty mileage. I’m single with no family in the area and they wouldn’t even give me a loaner car while my car was being fixed so I had to inconvenience my neighbor to give me rides. They even charged me to do the overview of my car…over $200 and I was charged twice for labor because they didn’t do the correct fix the first time. Very, very, very disappointed and will not be using their service dept again or recommending them. More

My daughter came in from Texas for the holidays and her transmission went on her 2016 Outback. I thought it was going to be a BIG headache with getting it serviced. I am BEYOND IMPRESSED that they got her transmission went on her 2016 Outback. I thought it was going to be a BIG headache with getting it serviced. I am BEYOND IMPRESSED that they got her vehicle back in a few days with a new transmission and it was covered by the warranty! The service personnel were outstanding. They are very professional in the midst of being extremely busy. They did miss a critical piece in that they didn’t call to let me know my vehicle was finished.
