Service for 75K was performed as scheduled - my first time at this dealership with my 2013 Audi A6. They did well, including providing a convenient, free shuttle to get me from and to the dealership. My only complaint, very minor, is that when they washed the car, they did NOT clean the wheels. It looks pretty bad, and clearly, no one looked at the car after the wash.
