Typical Sales Force, pushing me to finance with them, and promoting coverage packages. Spent four hours for what should have been maybe 90 minutes to test drive and get a purchase offer. Management spent too much time pressuring the new Sales guy I was working with, rather than finding solutions to get the deal done (when my old car died on the spot). Matt Taylor was awesome - I brought a check, and we completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Yes, he had another meeting scheduled in 15 minutes, but he was still very smooth, cordial, straight-forward, and I didn't feel rushed. Salesperson Tony Galvan did shoot me an email when this vehicle became available, and we eventually got the deal done - so Kudos to Tony. More
