I am still undecided if I would recommend this service center or not. The staff are all friendly when dropping off and picking up. When I recently went for an oil change, the air filters were brought to center or not. The staff are all friendly when dropping off and picking up. When I recently went for an oil change, the air filters were brought to me and suggested I get them replaced. I said I thought that when I had 60,000 mile maintenance the filters had been replaced. She looked and said they hadn't been replaced. When I asked if she could check to see if they should have been with that maintenance, all of a sudden they had been replaced with that maintenance. She tried to tell me with extreme driving (long distances or dirt road) could cause them to get dirty quicker. It has not even been 10,000 miles since they were supposedly replaced so were they ever replaced? I will never know for sure now. More

So far so good, purchased a car there little more than a year ago. Car is still solid and I have been using their service center for routine maintenance with no issue. The service center staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting area is convenient and always stocked with coffee/water and some snacks to munch on while I wait.
