Thank you for your prompt reply. As noted, I certainly understand how Covid has changed our lives, the world, and expectations. As you can see below, "Always Best Service" was my mantra. I have the greatest respect for those who are working onsite in all capacities. Perhaps a "heads up" or note in the department would be greatly appreciated. There is a sign in reception area alerting customer of manager's extension. Also look for other reviews I have written over the years. I am a LOYAL customer!

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience here at Maple Hill. I would always recommend calling at least a week or two in advanced for an oil change as our slots do fill up quickly. Unfortunately, all industries are struggling to hire people right now which is why our oil change schedule is scheduling so far in advanced. As far as the transmission fluid being drained, this can cause a lot of damage to the vehicle which is why we wanted to put it up on the hoist and check it out more in depth than just checking the fluid levels. Just last week, we had a vehicle come in here where someone had drained their transmission fluid and their entire transmission had to be replaced because it was driven afterwards.
