I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience here at Maple Hill. The issues you were having with the vehicle were diagnosed on August 26th, where we determined your carnet module needed to be replaced. The reason the vehicle was here for so long was because that part had to come from Germany and we were waiting for it to arrive. 6 of the 11 problems you had expressed with the vehicle were all due to the faulty carnet module. Unfortunately, the other concerns you had with the vehicle could not be duplicated by our technicians. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call at 269-342-6600. I apologize for the amount of time it takes to get an appointment. Unfortunately, we are facing an employee shortage, and are doing the best we can. We are hoping that with the recent hiring we have been able to do that we can open our schedule back up, but right now, it's not fair to our customers to attempt to schedule the same amount of cars we were able to do in the past with only a fraction of the employees.
