I want to start by saying that at Maple Hill, we absolutely love dogs, so please feel free to bring your pup in whenever you have service or even just to say hi. She will be greeted with treats and pets every single time. Next, I want to apologize for the length of time it took for your service. We are trying to keep all of our oil change appointment within the hour timeframe we tell our customers to expect, but sometimes things happen to hinder this timeframe. However, it should have been communicated to you that it was going to take a bit longer than usual.
