If I could give 0 stars, I would. Actively avoiding bringing my car into Maple Hill for any type of maintenance or repair for the future. Advisors and mechanics perform the bare minimum, my car would have needed a $500 replacement every 6-12 months if I hadn’t brought my car to a different dealership who actually sought out the cause of the issue and reported it to me. It isn’t the first time having issues with the lack of awareness from Maple Hill. They forgot to replace my cabin air filter, which I had to then spend $80 for another shop to tell me this (they showed me the cabin air filter that was in my vehicle and clearly it was not replaced as claimed by Maple Hill). Previous occasions are now highlighting the constant lack of oversight and actually doing the job requested. More
Stay away from their service department at all cost! There is no communication, no quick progress made or progress at all, you can’t get answers or direction on timeframes. The service director who was supposedly supposed to “help” has done all of answer 0 phone calls return 0 of my voicemails and provided no expedience of the repair.
