We value our customer's time and do our best to stick to their check-in times, so our doors are open at 8 am, which is our first available check-in time of the day. Hi Denise, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Unfortunately, Hyundai Motors has had a recall on many of their engines which is causing them to seize up, stall, and die. Vehicles experiencing these issues are unsafe to drive. We are trying our best to work with Hyundai, however, due to the chip shortage and transportation shortages that are affecting every industry, Hyundai is unable to provide parts to us and hundreds of other dealers across the country. This is a very frustrating situation for all of us. We currently have over 25 Hyundais with this recall at our lot. Hyundai is trying to address the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible and we're very sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

I was told July 30 that all the parts were in for my vehicle and my car should be ready in 2-3 weeks. It has been longer than that, so Hyundai can't be blamed for everything.

Hi Brenda, I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable in our service department. While the cdc has recommended masking for all individuals, there are no local, state, or national requirements. We hosted a vaccine clinic, over 80% of our staff is vaccinated, and we go above and beyond requirements by requiring employees who are not vaccinated to wear masks. We follow the covid situation extremely closely and update our protocols to reflect any new developments. At the moment, we have found that requiring unvaccinated individuals to wear masks is an appropriate balance.
