I needed service on my 2013 VW Tiguan back in December as my check engine light had come on. The light went out. I knew I still needed service but I canceled my appointment. My workplace has been working 7 d my check engine light had come on. The light went out. I knew I still needed service but I canceled my appointment. My workplace has been working 7 days a week and making the time to get the service has been a low priority. But the light was back on and it's been using oil. For a family emergency, I had yesterday off. So I emailed Sunday night and asked if they could fit it in. And they did. Hannah and her associates were all very pleasant and professional. So glad they had the time. I live in Berrien County. Coming to Maple Hill is always worth the trip. More

I had recall work, oil change, tire rotation, and 18,000 mile inspection done. The staff was friendly and the wait room was clean and comfortable. According to their service team my coolant levels were low and I needed washer fluid. I'm glad I checked when I got home because they neither filled the coolant or washer fluids. Fortunately for me the levels were just a tad low, I knew what to look for and how to fill it. Had I not checked or actually had very low levels of coolant it could have been a bad situation, especially if I just assumed it was taken care of. Small details like this make me nervous to take my vehicle back there again for an oil change/check up again. Plus the price was extremely, extremely expensive. More
